PEAK Fitness is Slidell’s newest 24-hour gym which is open 7 days a week. With over 11,000 square feet of facility, we provide the necessary space and equipment for maintaining a healthy lifestyle based on guidelines recommended by the American Heart Association.

At PEAK Fitness, it’s all about your experience, safety and results. We offer the latest, state-of-the-art Matrix cardio machines which are Apple GymKit certified. This allows our gym equipment to talk directly with your Apple Watch to sync heart rate, burned calories and other important health metrics. This synced health information is not stored anywhere in the PEAK Fitness facility. It is encrypted, kept private and is only viewable by you. All synced information can be viewed at anytime directly on your iPhone via the Health app.
